74 - [MARKETING] Putting Your Head Down & Getting on With It

Everytime I run the Tools Down workshop, I always ask the attendees how they respond to a busy period or a difficult situation, and I got the same answer most of the time, 'just putting my head down and getting on with it.' It's funny because their wives start to nod too. They say, "He does that Jon. He does that all the time."  I know it's a common thing and it's tempting.  But it doesn't help you scale your business, does it? There's only so much work you can do.  You're probably thinking right now,  'I can't help it Jon. No one does it better than me.'  I say that you can change that. Let me tell you a simple way how to do it.
