74: Shame around asking for help: let's unpack it!

I was inspired for this episode by a conversation I had last week with one of my Mastermind clients. We talked about the need for accountability and the shame we feel around that. As women we place high expectations on ourselves to be the ones that have it all together all the time.Today, I want to remind you that there is NO shame in asking for help and accountability. It doesn’t make you less of an entrepreneur or mother. In my experience, the most successful people are the ones who ask for the most amount of help. Because help = support and support = spaciousness and THAT is how you can create even more results.Think about where you can ask for help this week in your life and business and let’s all support each other without shame and judgement.
