In December 2021 I was delighted to be joined by Performance Therapy Ireland and Bike Row Ski founder Stephen Weinman. During the first half of the episode we learn about Stephen's fitness and professional journey as he navigated the Irish fitness industry setting up Performance Therapy Ireland, while the second half (from 46:00) takes us through the story of Bike Row Ski. We also touch on the power of connection & learning from others, setting up Bike Row Ski, the hiring process, franchising and so much more. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Stephen and I personally took a lot away from the conversation.
