74-Year-Old Man Charged in Girlfriend’s Murder | St. Louis News

A 74-year-old man in a Wildwood retirement home is charged with second-degree murder after his girlfriend was found dead with severe facial injuries — he called 911 but refused to speak to cops. Bond set at $1 million, detectives spotted him returning to the scene early Monday. Not his first rodeo: he’s got a 1999 felony conviction and a 1998 assault/obstruction charge, both carrying 3-year sentences. St. Louis has seen over 180 homicides this year — and this case is just getting started. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
