#747 – Future Tripping

from Crushing Iron Triathlon Podcast · host C26 Triathlon

Figure out how to make obtaining your goals feel easier, not harder.  Topics: Anxiety in training and life We have one major goal — not be distracted Puxatony Phil Sun roofs and Teslas  Stay out of the future  Pulling expectations out of thin air Planning on "something happening" Planning to be perfect Top Hats and Podiums Do the work in front of you Planning or future tripping?
