75 Hard Challenge - Reflections Day 10/75

On the tenth day of my engagement in the 75 Hard Challenge, I found inspiration to document this episode while driving home. Despite being early in the challenge, I was already sensing the psychological impact it was having on me, which, at that point, was largely positive. However, later in the week, I experienced a setback and had to restart the entire challenge. I thought it might be valuable to share these reflections and provide you with updates as I navigate through this ongoing challenge.
