75 Library of Interest: Book-Wisdom body Recommendations

A long overdue episode! Maria takes everyone on a tour of books, lineages and wisdom bodies that are good foundational starting points for spiritual practice. We cover the major categories of: Personal Development, Psyche Adjacent, Spiritual, Podcasts and Special Mentions to present a wide base of development that is most appropriate and integrative for every person/soul. Maria basically does a really good synthesis of each lineage mentioned, and “contraindications” of why something may not “work” for a certain person in their specific path.
