#75 The Paddington Review, Festival Wristbands and The Joy of Looking Your Age

Cheese and wine nights? Jazz festivals? Yes, you did hear correctly! This episode comes to you following a week Nigella would be proud of. We know! Who ARE WE?! We have also rolled into the part of summer where Charlotte becomes a human buckaroo of accessories, and Liv reminisces over hair braid stories she’d sooner forget- oh summer, how we love thee!Heavy breathing to one side (apologies, dear listeners), the girls are also back with the slowest culture reviews in the biz! Forever championing longevity of the arts (or so they’re calling it), hotly anticipated reviews of Paddington and… Wicked are IN. And with Charlotte having finally heard Defying Gravity for the first time- it poses the question, where is the best place for singing out loud? From Vinted finds of the year and a chat about looking your age (which could have been another episode in itself)- no ground is left untouched! And, as always, we bloomin’ love receiving your wonderful emails, and if you have a snack suggestion or burning question for our new feature It’s Not For Us To Say (or just fancy sending us a delightful telly recipe too) you can pop them across to [email protected], and for courgette-to-Cawley themed carousels and VIDEOS (yes!!!) you can have a nosey on our IG too @fringeofit too.
