Dan was a guest on the show back in August 2021 on episode 46 titled ‘Networking Secrets from the Career Dad’ and we had chatted a week or so after he started at Adobe, his dream company. Then in Jan 2022, Dan made the surprise announcement on LinkedIn that he was going back to his former employer Barclays Bank. Why would he do that? And how did he go back? How was the journey?
