The outdoors and nature has a tremendous impact on our health and well-being. It can lower cortisol, increase Vitamin D, boost serotonin and dopamine. We all know the health benefits of getting outside. Yet, it can be hard to do and prioritize, especially when you have littles.   In this episode, I'm sharing 4 lessons I've learned over the last couple years with prioritizing getting outside. I am in no way pumping myself up as the outdoor mom guru, because it's something I'm still being pushed in and learning about.
