Irving Ruan is a Chinese American writer, actor, comedian, playwright, and software engineer. He is a member of the San Francisco Writers Grotto. He  graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in  Computer Science and has studied improv, sketch writing, and satire at  The Second City in Chicago. Irving lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is represented by Danielle Svetcov at Levine Greenberg Rostan Literary Agency.
