#76: CATCH - Matthew Robinson

from School For Fathers Podcast

You've got to get comfortable with being uncomfortable". Elite sportsman and Coach Matthew Robinson joins me to talk all things CATCH - whether that's going after and catching opportunities, helping young people to catch new habits or catching on to what works for us. We explore how Matthew's faith has been a source of strength, the importance of role models (including his 70yo father), knowing when to rest, and more. About my guest, Matthew Robinson: Matthew has been a Professional Cricketer, a Welsh International rugby player, Nationally renowned strength & conditioning coach and is now a Senior Leader and Head of Boarding at a top independent school. Alongside this work Matthew is an occasional Tutor for the Boarding Schools Association and is a Doctoral student in Education at the University of Buckingham. His wife is Olympian, Michelle Griffith-Robinson. Explore more episodes on our website: https://schoolforfathers.com/
