76. Chrissy's Rejection Therapy

Rejection Therapy? What is that? In this episode, I talk about my own journey to fall more in love with my own sense of rejection and fear as I apply the tools I am learning from actively seeking rejection in my own life and in my business. My inspiration comes from Jason Comely and Jia Jiang who shared his own powerful journey with rejection in a TedX that you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vZXgApsPCQ. Impressed by Jia, in this episode, I share how I have started to create a closer relationship with rejection by simply asking a question. I am able to collect a no and it doesn’t kill me. The fear of what people will think, the fear of a no, the fear of disapproval: it no longer hurts me as it may once have. But these things don’t have to be big asks for us to experience big change.
