76: Community over Competition with Danielle Stroble

from Fiercely Unstoppable · host Brooke Allison

This is the second of an 8 week series from the Glow at Podcast Row event where I was a top podcaster and featured speaker in NYC!  For the next 8 weeks you will hear tips, tricks, and incredible stories from women on a mission.  2/8 with Danielle Stroble! Danielle Stroble makes a habit of keeping things interesting. Throughout her career, she has gravitated to projects large and small that have challenged her and taught her the ins and outs of non- traditional environments. After 20 years of following a path through business, with expertise in financial accounting and business strategy, she began to consult others to craft their ideal business and lifestyle. During her own career pivot, she mastered the art of working with people to help them realize their best life, both professionally and personally. The love of inspired design, value of a great brand and desire for connected experiences led her to launch the beautifully designed Keller Street CoWork in Petaluma, CA. Now she is at the helm of Keller Street CoWork where she takes her project management and people skills to new heights. Most days you can find Danielle engaging with each and every member of KSCW, ensuring that everyone in the community has what they need to be at their most inspired and supported in their business endeavors. An avid podcast listener, Danielle has taken this interest into creating her own podcast I'm Not Gonna Lie, recorded in her newly built studio, within the walls of Keller Street CoWork. Each week she focuses on connecting deeply with inspired guests and their story as well as the topics in business that interest her - of course, with a few side diversions along the way. One day she hopes to mentor and shape the lives of young women who will follow the path they WANT to, rather than the one that they are "supposed" to. Danielle lives in Petaluma with her son and daughter. ———--------- In this episode we talk about: -The importance of community and how to find one -Removing competition and the feeling of comparison with community -Feeling confident with opening up and asking for help -Debunking the myth of co-working spaces -The reason why you feel like you're loosing time in your day -Finding the perfect workspace for you   Questions: -What are the top reasons why community is important to have? -What do you with your co-working space that makes it different than others? -What was the deciding moment that said "I want to create a co-working space"? -What are the must have's people need when looking for a co-working space? -What advice do you have for someone who wants to start something for themselves yet is fearful? -Since this podcast is all about becoming Fiercely Unstoppable, can you tell us about a time that you overcame an obstacle and when you did you felt victorious?   Favorite Quotes "Create the desire and put it out into the universe!"   Connect with Danielle!
