Under pressure, its all too easy to put most of your energy into the search for new supporters. But if you want to grow fundraising income, a great place to start is to take a careful look at how well you thank and look after people who have already donated. Interestingly, we’ve found that if you go above and beyond what most people would expect, it not only helps your donors feel great, it also often leads to increased fundraising income.
