76: Uncover Your Unconscious Business Beliefs

Your beliefs determine what’s possible for you. The real question is, what are my beliefs?It’s in this episode where you are able to uncover your current beliefs about business, money, and yourself, with the opportunity to shift them towards who you are wanting to become.Here are some simple ways you can start to uncover your beliefs:What are my current results? What are my current mental/emotional states? How to shift your beliefs:Develop a deeper level of awareness. Journaling and being aware of these beliefs is the first step.How was this belief serving you? Where did it come from? Was it protecting you, preventing something from happening, or providing you with something?What’s the counter evidence? Are there particular circumstances, situation or people where this belief doesn’t apply? If so, you know it’s not fundamentally true. Imagine the life that you want. What would you be believing in those moments?
