76 Years of Marriage and a Family in Need of Prayer (Family Rosary Across America)

During the Family Rosary Across America on Relevant Radio, Fr. Rocky and Maggie received a call from Ann from Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who brought prayer intentions that carried both heavy suffering and quiet wonder. Ann asked for prayers for “our beloved Lonnie, a married mother of three, diagnosed with a bleeding brain tumor.” Anne shared that Lonnie is losing function on the right side of her brain, and said that she is set to undergo brain surgery soon. Ann also asked for prayers for her parents, faithful devotees of the Blessed Mother and the Holy Rosary, who have been married for 76 years. Ann added, “My mom just turned 100 and my father is 99.” “Holy smokes! 76 years.” said Fr. Rocky. “God bless them. We will pray for all of that.” In the middle of suffering and gratitude, the answer is the same: prayer.
