It's true. Joey Corona was the only guy to ever bench Michael Jordon. Joey was in charge of booking Norwegian Cruise Lines with the top, premier American Athletes. The athletes would come on board to be interviewed and share their stories with the guests. Michael Jordon had just finished his rookie year with the Chicago Bulls and he and teammate Rod Higgins joined the SS Norway. Joey tells the very funny story how he benched Michael and their friendship that developed for years. That fellowship developed on the golf course as Michel never beat Joey in a round of golf.
