If you could have one feeling disappear in your daily life, what would it be? Most of us are tired of being overwhelmed. So let's prioritize to minimize overwhelm. With women becoming entrepreneurs, owning their own business, shattering the glass ceilings in the workforce, we still are doing twice as much housework and childcare as men. When you are trying to do even more working overtime, you've then added a third shift. UGH!!! When will it stop? No wonder we are walking around in "overwhelm city". Did you know you relocated to "overwhelm city"? It's not a city I want to live in. And I don't think you do either. Today, I want to share what is working on how to prioritize to minimize overwhelm. The K.I.S.S. ~ Do what counts! Ditch the common to-do list. Chores, domestic beauties are all responsibilities. This needs to be chunked on our schedule. (That's for another episode.) Know what matters to you. Values If you don't know this, everyone else is running your life. Do what has the greatest impact! Timetable Meets your values Impact BONUS: If you need a nap, take it! But no complaining that you "wasted time" today because of the nap. Speak with love and gratitude. Your body obviously needed the nap. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~ Jeremiah 29:11 You need to get to know the plans God has for you. Take charge of your life so you can IMPACT with the greatness God created in you. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!"
