#76TRUST • It's Not About Getting the Answer Right - Embrace the Evolution

So often we obsess over the outcome. We focus on finding an answer and we bypass our own learning and growth. The reason we don’t sit with the question is we challenge ourselves to find an answer but the question is what should we do to push ourselves when a challenge arises and we want to find an easy way out. We try to find a simple solution and it doesn’t work and we end up struggling, we get frustrated we quit and then we give up. This is a pattern that starts early in life. We are conditioned to get the correct answer and move on. We are focusing on the product over the process we prioritize our gross instead of our evolution.
