77. Jay Small on the National Eviction Moratorium as a Potential Taking

Eminent domain attorney Jay Small of Mateer Harbert in Orlando joins the podcast to discuss the Supreme Court case Alabama Association of Realtors vs. Department of Health and Human Services.
