77. Love, Belonging & Connection with Matt Runnalls

from The Betar Project · host Nick Betar

This week I am joined by Matt Runalls who is the CEO & founder of Mindfullaus which is an Mental Health organisation building resilient communities across Australia with relatable and engaging training, workshops and speaking engagements. Matt has dealt with mental health since the young age of 12 when he lost his first mate to suicide and has lost many more along the way. He was physically and emotionally abused as a plumber that lead to him being homeless for a period and various attempts on his life. Matt had every reason to just give up but he didn't, he wanted to be the one to show that there is another way. You can go through shit and come out the other side to become the best version of you.
