#77. Stop - Breathe- Wonder

As the year draws to an end, many people are doing their new year resolution.    This invited me to ponder on the topic. New year resolution is a plan; a decision we take about the coming year; a commitment. It is a plan. So, what happens when something goes out of the plan? What do we do when we didn’t do what we had planned or promised to do? And are we always trying to “fix’ ourselves in these new year resolutions? 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒇o𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓? We could do an end of year celebration instead.  We could celebrate ourselves and the year that has passed. Even if it was rough and tough, we could still celebrate the way we handled it. Let’s reflect on 2023 and congratulate ourselves for it.
