779. Bible Study: Jeremiah 18 (How God "speaks" to people, God's mercy; How to respond to Hatred)

God speaks to some people today as He did to those in the past. If we seek God, we will find Him. God uses 3symbolism to emphasize a 3message to people. God is always in #control; He is merciful and is a #good God. He loves us but we don't always respond the same way back to Him. When we choose sin, we will bring on #consequences to ourselves. But when we choose #repentance, God often (historically) relents the judgement we were due to receive. There are #blessings and #rewards God gives to those who #obey Him. Obedience shows #love to God. When people do bad things to us or speak hate towards us; both the Old Testament and the New Testament tell us to "repay #evil with #good"
