78. Are you Over Giving?

This week's episode is all about understanding how sometimes in life we over give, and that over giving is never healthy. Sometimes we do it out of compassion. Other times we do it out of our own conditioning, childhood or adult experiences, for our job, money, and more. However, overgiving never turns out to be a healing experience for anything. In the spiritual traditions, we replace over giving with conscious giving. Conscious giving then leads to conscious receiving.
