ME TOO!  In this episode, we explore the classic book, “Animal Speak: The Spiritual and Magical Powers of Creatures Great and Small” by Ted Andrews who was a pioneer and leading expert in helping us understand animals and nature as well as the metaphysical and spiritual fields of life at large. Although I never had the opportunity to actually meet Ted, I consider him to be a mentor of mine because his work has profoundly affected my life.  We explore modern technology’s interference with authentic connection and look to Ted’s 10 tips for regaining our lost gift of communication with wildlife, omens and the symbolism that emerges from our subconscious awareness: Experience nature firsthand. Examine the wildlife in your environment. Orient yourself in your landscape. Pay closer attention to physical signs of nature. When in nature, pay attention to what stands out most strongly. Notice the colors you encounter in nature. Attend to the numbers associated with the animals you encounter. Notice the four directions and their significance. Pay attention to the animal activities you come across. Make a conscious effort to connect with nature.
