#78 Drinking In Your 30s VS Your 20s feat. Victor Anastacio and Red Ollero

from After 30 with Cara Eriguel

'Tis the season of reunions and some (or a lot) of drinking is usually involved. This used to be something I looked forward to in my teens and early to mid 20’s. One of my strengths, in fact, was being able to hold my liquor. This was something I was proud of in my younger years; and bouncing back the next day like nothing happened was a thing.  In recent years, the case has been quite the extreme opposite. I get tipsy after a glass of wine , and will be hungover and useless for the next 2 days. Hangovers literally feel like a death sentence in your 30s. It. is. not. funny. On this episode, we’re talking to 2 fellow after 30-ers, one actually I used to party and drink with in my mid 20s (haha) , as we all laugh about the realities of drinking in our 30s, and reminisce about the fun and blurry years of drinking yore. We have AFTER 30 PODCAST MERCH now available for preorder!
