78: Paul Fripp & The Cellar

Paul Fripp is a pretty well known name in the local culinary scene. He owned one of the first restaurants downtown before taking a position as a regional chef for Sysco. He has since come back into the restaurant world as the GM and executive chef of The Cellar.
