78. The Grief of Outgrowing Old Versions of You - ITS HARD 😓

In this week’s episode of She Rises, we’re talking about a kind of grief no one prepares you for—the grief of outgrowing your old self. From motherhood to career pivots, shifting priorities to fading friendships… there’s a quiet ache that comes with letting go of who you used to be—even if you’re proud of who you’re becoming. We explore what it feels like to miss parts of yourself that no longer fit, to carry love for old versions of you, and to mourn identities, friendships, and seasons that shaped you—even as you rise into something new. If you’ve ever felt conflicted between growth and guilt… this one will land deep.
