#78 When we truly enjoy our body, we create abundance...

from Spiritual Stylism (English Version) · host Antje Gerstmann

The body is innocent, it simply reflects the state we are living in. If we live in survival all the time (sometimes without even realizing, as we are so used to the state in our nervous system ) we are emanating lack into the field. The body craves the familiar chemistry like adrenaline and cortisol and often people are only feeling "alive" and awake when running on survival. Peace, regulation, stillness feels boring to them, as the body is already addicted to these stress hormones and craves them,  so we are re-creating the past over and over again by giving the body the same experience in slightly different versions. This is what people call their live and don't know about their power to change their reality. Pleasure, joy, playfulness is healthy "food" for the body, it creates new experiences and safety. So taking care of yourself by following your intuition,  beyond any "healthy concepts" suggested by completely different people with different bodies will give you everything you desire. Beauty, pleasure, joy, bliss...all of these higher states need a regulated state in the nervous system, otherwise they are not accessible, as in danger and survival it´s time to run and fight and not feeling joy and bliss. Ask yourself during the day, what do I feel in my body at the moment and what do I emanate...to become more conscious about your state and see it as an information what you actually create at the moment.
