Antoinette Irvine is the Vice President HR Global Supply Chain at Unilever. Antoinette is responsible for all HR-related strategic agenda for supply chain including the delivery of the HR Strategy to support the business, remuneration, talent management, change management programs, learning and development, building the desired culture, IR/ER, and diversity and inclusion. Antoinette is a champion of diversity and inclusion and has successfully shifted gender transformation from 19-42% at management levels in last 4 years. Recognizing the power of people in transformation, Antoinette leads Unilever’s global manufacturing excellence program for the People Development pillar with a membership of 250 owned Unilever manufacturing sites globally.
