79. Bitterness for Change

Join me today as I share with you why we do anything.  I am going to share with you the importance of understanding the difference between allowing emotion and indulging in emotion.  I am going to try to sell you on the idea that negative emotion is required and how tapping into it can prove to be the currency of your dreams.  We are unpacking the emotions that help support your growth, progress and connection and the ones that don’t.  I am also going to share with you the worst feeling and why we make it harder on ourselves than we need.  This is a must for anyone that struggles with the OVERDOING:  Over working, over eating, over shopping, over running, over avoiding.      My hope is that we are creating a community by way of this podcast.  My goal is to teach this work to ONE MILLION people.
