#79 From Panel Builder to Board Member with Justin Tidd

from The Construction Corner · host Dillon Mitchell

Just Tidd is a friend and has done some incredible things, which is why I wanted him here today. Justin is the Chief Sales Offices of an Electrical Manufacturer where he is also a board member. He’s also a partner in a machine shop primarily for automotive and government segments. More importantly, he is a father to 4 and is married to an amazing woman who he met through Instagram, which is a story for another day. Growing up in a lower-income household he learned how to work hard, understand what grit really meant, and the ability to persevere through seeing his parents work 3-4 jobs each – which pushed him to be the first in his family to go to college and ultimately receive his MBA. Today, he is responsible for over $260 Million in sales – expanding new business in over 10 countries and five continents manufacturing electrical distribution equipment for mining, tunneling, and traction power industries.
