Running a business requires endless patience. Inevitably you will work with people who don't value your work like you do, people who don't read their contracts, and a bunch of people who seem to ask the same damn questions over and over again. This week Petro and Sophia go on a rant about dealing with "stupid people," answering repetitive questions, dealing with hostile clients, and how to diplomatically respond to what we perceive as stupid questions.
