One of the easiest ways to begin exercise is to walk. it is something you can do at any age in any place and it is extremely beneficial to your physical health and your mental health. walking can be done when you want to and for as long as you want to. In this Podcast I will discuss some of the major health benefits you get from walking as well as other benefits you may have not thought as beneficial from walking. The Beginning walking goal should be either time walking to steps walked. start with 10 min walk and process as you feel comfortable, and or try and get 6,000 steps a day on average and work your way up to 10,000 steps a day. getting this step number in daily drastically reduces all risks of mortality and also improves overall mental health and enjoyment of life.
