He spent six months in the Department of Surgery at the University of Sydney in Australia, then proceeded to the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. Afterwards, he performed his residency at the university clinics in Bochum and Göttingen in Germany where he passed the board exam for maxillofacial surgery.Dr. Tröltzsch was appointed as consultant and senior physician for maxillofacial surgery at the University of Göttingen from January of 2016 until September of 2016. He maintains a private office for dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery in Ansbach, Bavaria, Germany and directs the Department for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the hospital of Ansbach, Bavaria, Germany with his father and brother.
