It’s now called Trains. CDOT, Colorado’s Department of Transportation, has earmarked $2.5 million to do a study about spending anywhere from $5 billion to $15 billion to build a high-speed train to travel from Pueblo to Fort Collins. This is just another scheme to get us out of our cars and SUVs. Transportation expert, Randal O’Toole, a Senior Fellow at the CATO Institute (cato.org/people/randal-otoole) will explain why this is a terrible idea.
