As we come to the final sermon in our series on Ezekiel, I want to review what we've covered over the last few messages. Ezekiel has been a hard study for us, filled with sin and punishment, harsh rebukes, graphic metaphors talking about promiscuity and whoring and public sexuality. God has become indignant, so repulsed by Israel’s brazen disobedience that he is responding in kind, with brazen words and consequences. We’ve navigated this rough voyage with resolve, and found our way to a break in the tense discourse when we got to Ezekiel 36 where God promised to restore and forgive Israel.
