8-25-21: The importance of humility

We see it everywhere, in sports, in politics, even in people’s day-to-day lives. Humility is a quality that we must teach to our kids and that we must have in our leaders. Because true leaders lead with humility, they build others up, bring them along and give them credit for a job well done. Instead we are living in a society where everyone is a star in their own mind and everyone is looking for personal recognition.  Let's instead,  strive to see how we can help others and celebrate their successes... and not just our own.   Remember, Sax in the Morning swag is now available on my Instagram site.
