Derec Shuler, with Ascent Classical Academies, joins Kim to explain the schism that has developed with the Douglas County School Board. According to a poll of Ascent Classical Academy parents, 90% of parents support arming school staff to protect their children. Apparently, the Douglas County School Board says “no.” Whose kids are they? Roger Bianco and Kim discuss property rights. Property rights are essential to American life and it is a hill worth dying on. A property rights were just under the microscope right here in Denver, Colorado The owner of Tom's Diner faced losing a significant amount of money as the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission sought to stop him from selling his property to a developer.
