8.28.19:Empty Busses-Tank The Economy-Energy Poverty Is A Bigger Threat Than Climate Change

from The Americhicks · host The Americhicks

Welcome to the Americhicks podcast. Kim Monson is your host - Agree or disagree, let's have a conversation! RTD ridership is declining. Colorado Public Radio asked the public why they do not use RTD services. Shockingly they answered because they prefer a more convenient mode of transportation such as... cars! For decades we have been told about the importance of recycling. If recycling is so important then why has the state of Colorado shut down a Colorado recycler? Sherrie Peif from Complete Colorado fills us in. You can read her article on this matter at Complete Colorado (tinyurl.com/y5u3qllr). A former New York Federal Reserve official, Bill Dudley, has suggested that the American economy should be allowed to tank. His reasoning, to damage the chances of president Trump being re-elected. He is willing to hurt Americans because of his hatred of president Trump. Sadly, he is not the only person to make this suggestion. “Energy poverty not Climate Change threatens poor countries.” In today’s political climate, things get hot when talking about climate change. Politicians, bureaucrats and interested parties (PBIs) use emotional arguments to push forward their agendas. If we really care about helping people in poor countries then we have to look for real, not fabricated, solutions. Today is the Health & Hydrocarbons show brought to you by Liberty Oilfield Services (libertyfrac.com). Don Watkins, with the Center for Industrial Progress (industrialprogress.com), will explain what really threatens poor countries. ________________________________________________ Copyright 2019: The Americhicks W/Kim Monson Visit us at www.americhicks.com To have someone contact you about advertising on the radio program, the podcast, or the Americhicks website visit:www.americhicks.com/contact and fill out the form.
