8-30-22: Little league and an amazing display of empathy

I would love to hear from you, just send me text and let me know what you think of the podcast.A few weeks ago many of you may have seen the image or the video of a little league player who was hit in the head with a pitch and got up and went to first base. At that point he noticed the pitcher was so distraught by hitting him, that he could barely prepare for the next pitch. In an astonishing display of empathy, the batter went and embraced the pitcher and told him he was fine and everything would be alright. Empathy is the ability to sense what another person is feeling. It comes from the heart, the best part of ourselves.
