8-5, Almost Hanged. 1808 in the Mountains of North Carolina. One of the first uses of forensic firearm analysis in a murder investigation occurs. Though it almost happened too late.  James Craig, working alone at his mill when his dogs began barking. Investigating a shot rang out and James fell.  James was able to identify his shooter before he died.  Was he correct on his identification?
