For nearly 13 years, Tara has pursued a mission to empower women to believe in themselves and live their true life’s purpose and passion.   She leads the organization with integrity, transparency and authenticity and invokes a “giving culture” that embraces every woman's unique gifts and talents.  To date, more than 8,000 women across the globe have become members of the B.I.G. organization.  Together, they support and nurture each other by offering weekly inspiration, community and tools that women need to enhance their lives and build and grow their businesses.
