In this episode, I share with you how I believe the 1% is underrated and we don't celebrate it enough.Often times, we have these BIG goals and we might want to fantasize about the huge leaps and bounds that we will experience. This is natural, I've done this so many times. We do this because it gives us the dopamine hit.What we aren't practiced with is the celebration of our micro actions (the 1%). When we consistently show up for ourselves, for our goals and our dreams, our actions compound over time. This is the work that most people don't talk about. This work takes discipline and commitment. It involves staying true to ourselves and being focused. This isn't "sexy" work.
