#8 – Bernd Giesenhagen – Development of bone rings and his cooperation with botiss

from botiss talks · host botiss biomaterials GmbH

This is the second episode of our podcast season on the development of maxgraft® bonering. Bernhard Giesenhagen is – together with Orcan Yüksel – the inventor of the allogenic Bone Ring Technique. They have developed a bone augmentation technique which allows implant placement and bone block augmentation in a single surgery. Our colleague Nathalie Martin is talking with him about his long cooperation with botiss and how he came up with the idea of the technique. He has placed more than 1000 rings successfully and is eager to share his experiences with us.
