A former school teacher for five years, Carmen left this traditional career path to pursue her love of fitness. She now specializes in helping women online with her My Trainer Carmen App and at Boothcamp Gym in Nashville. An Onnit Academy and ACE Certified trainer, she is also a notable social media influencer with just under 600K followers on Instagram.
