These were among the egregious activities probed by Eddie Dominguez with MLB's Department of Investigations from 2008-2014, much of it ignored or bluntly shut down by top baseball executives, including Rob Manfred. Eddie documented these experiences in the new book, BASEBALL COP: THE DARK SIDE OF AMERICA'S PASTIME. And he joined Trey Elling to share some of the details, including Manfred and Bud Selig's insistence on bringing down A-Rod for reasons that go beyond protecting the integrity of the game.
