Jennifer Kirkley is one of the most beautiful souls I've ever met. She share her journey into how therapeutic life coaching began long before she knew the word “healing.” At ten years old, after her parents divorced and her mum had a breakdown, she became a carer for her younger sisters. That early responsibility shaped her understanding of love, safety, and resilience.At twenty, Jennifer married hoping to create the stable family she'd never had, but the relationship became abusive. After two children, Jennifer found the strength to leave and rebuild her life. Through therapy, deep inner work, and years of healing, she rediscovered who she truly was and eventually created a healthy, loving relationship with her now husband.Those experiences taught Jennifer that healing isn’t about forgetting the past, it’s about learning to love yourself through it.Today, as a Therapeutic Life Coach, Jennifer guides others through that same transformation.
