This is a disease in which the muscles of the whole body atrophy and over time a person completely loses the ability to self-care, the ability to move, breathe, and live is gradually lost. The disease affects the whole body, except the brain, and the brain is not a muscle. With this disease, a person becomes a hostage of his body with a preserved bright mind. Unfortunately, there is currently no cure for this disease worldwide. By the age of 8, Mykhailo could walk, and from the age of 8, he had been in a wheelchair. He turns 19 in a month. Mykhailo lives with his mother, who takes care of him 24/7, and his younger sister, whose father died a few years ago. Regardless of his condition, Mykhailo never complains about anything, is always positive, loves to read a lot, and studies the history of his region and different countries of the world from books and the Internet. He would very much like to see the world, and famous cultural sights of the world, he dreams of traveling and seeing with his own eyes what he reads about. He is sincerely sure that all his dreams will come true. Currently, Mykhailo is completely dependent on outside help. He can work independently at the level of the hands when they lie on a flat surface. Mykhailo always supports his mother with his cheerful attitude. He is constantly inventing interesting creative things that he can make with his own hands. His mother brings him materials, and everything else is up to him. Since Mykhailo is of legal age and the only man in the family, he constantly strives to help his mother and sister. Of course, being in such a situation, Mykhailo's family has limited financial opportunities, so Mykhailo invents one occupation after another that could bring him not only moral and aesthetic satisfaction, but also material income for the family and benefit to society from his work. A year ago, at the beginning of the blackout in Ukraine, Mykhailo came up with another idea of how to be useful. He made his own reflective flicker key chains and sold them on the Internet. Thus, the hobby began to bring income. Mykhailo distributed the proceeds as follows: he reinvested a part in consumables for products, he gave a part to his mother to cover household needs, and he was even able to donate a part to the level of his abilities to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to the needs of wounded soldiers who were being treated in the hospital of his city. Also, Mykhailo and his mother attended schools in the city and at their own expense held workshops for pupils on making flickers, thus emphasizing to them the importance of such things, about safety on the road in the dark, and about unlit streets. With these deeds, Mykhailo showed a great effect of the " chain of kindness; - people helped him, and thus people gave Mykhailo the opportunity to be useful to society as well. Mykhailo has always been and is a great patriot of his region, and his country as a whole, and he perceives the military events in Ukraine very painfully. And this spring, when the relevance of flickers decreased a little in the warm season, he came up with another creative idea. In order to keep the spirit of his acquaintances, he began weaving patriotic rings, key rings and bracelets from beads. At first, he just gave it all to friends. And he started receiving orders from strangers who wanted to buy his products. So Mykhailo started working and again found a way to earn and support his family. Currently, according to rough estimates, Mykhailo has produced and sold more than 500 bracelets in the last six months. The biggest motivation for him is the customers themselves, who are sincerely happy with the purchased product. While Mykhailo is waiting for the world to find a cure for his disease, he lives according to his views: I am like everyone else, I do not feel that I am limited by anything.
